ENOS Code of Conduct

ENOS is a community of athletes that emphasizes respect, fair competition, and a safe environment for all participants. The ENOS Code of Conduct defines the principles and standards that are binding for all players, referees, organizers, and other participants at all ENOS events.

✔️ 7.1. Core Principles of ENOS

Every participant in ENOS competitions commits to:

Respecting opponents, teammates, referees, and organizers: Acting honorably and with respect, refraining from any verbal or physical aggression.
Adhering to competition rules and fair-play principles: Playing in the spirit of fair play and in accordance with all ENOS rules. Not gaining an advantage through unsportsmanlike or fraudulent conduct.
Protecting the safety of oneself and others: Avoiding dangerous play and using the required equipment and gear.
Respecting the decisions of referees and organizers: Accepting referees' decisions without insults or protests. Addressing any complaints through official channels.
Being a positive member of the ENOS community: Supporting the sporting community in a positive manner and creating a friendly environment. Behaving exemplarily and responsibly at ENOS events and beyond.

7.2. Prohibited Conduct

ENOS applies zero tolerance toward the following behavior:

Physical assault, fighting, and intentional dangerous play
Verbal aggression, insults, threats, or abusive language (toward players, referees, spectators, and other participants at ENOS sporting events)
Sexual harassment, discrimination, harassment based on gender, race, or any other grounds
Use of alcohol or narcotic substances during play
Fraud (such as providing false information, unauthorized participation for another team, etc.)

🧑‍⚖️ 7.3. Consequences of Code

Violations Violations of the ENOS Code of Conduct will be assessed according to their severity and may result in the following penalties:

Warning and reprimand
In-game penalty
Suspension for a specific number of matches
Disqualification from the competition without the right to a refund of the registration fee
Temporary or permanent exclusion from ENOS membership
Penalties are determined by ENOS management in cooperation with organizers and referees.

📄 7.4. Right of Appeal

Every participant has the right to appeal against an imposed penalty through the official ENOS appeals process. Current details about the appeals process are published on the ENOS website: www.play-enos.com.
