Terms and Conditions for Participation in ENOS Sporting Events

1. Introductory Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the conditions for participation in sporting events organized by enos sports s.r.o., Company ID: 223 84 600, registered office at Masarykovo náměstí 1544, 530 02 Pardubice, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "ENOS"), and also govern the conditions of membership in the ENOS system and the relationship between the participant and the operator.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all registered participants in ENOS sporting events (tournaments, leagues, one-off events, etc.) and to ENOS members (Basic and Pro membership), regardless of nationality or the location of the event.

1.3 By submitting a registration or logging into the member section, the participant confirms that:
- they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions,
-they have read the ENOS HOCKEY RULEBOOK 2025, which forms part of the participation rules,
- they agree to the Injury Waiver and the ENOS Privacy Policy.

2. ENOS Membership

2.1 Membership is required to participate in any ENOS sporting event. ENOS offers two types of membership:

Basic Membership (free): enables event registration, access to statistics, member content, notifications, partner offers, and more.
Pro Membership (paid): additionally includes discounts on entry fees, merchandise and refreshments, priority registration, access to special events, preferential partner offers, and more.

2.2 ENOS Pro Membership is charged as a recurring monthly or annual subscription, which renews automatically until cancelled by the member or ENOS.

Payment is processed through a secure payment gateway and is automatically charged at the interval selected during registration.
A member may cancel their ENOS Pro Membership at any time in the member section of their account, no later than 24 hours before the end of the current period. After this deadline, the payment is considered binding for the following period.
Upon cancellation of ENOS Pro Membership:

the member retains access to Pro services until the end of the paid period,
no further payments will be charged,
the membership automatically reverts to Basic (free).
In the event of an incorrect charge or payment issue, the member may contact ENOS customer support at info@play-enos.com.

2.3 Membership is established upon completion of online registration. The member is obliged to keep their details up to date.

2.4 Membership is personal and non-transferable.

3. Registration for ENOS Events

3.1 Registration for an ENOS event (league match, tournament, one-off event, etc.) is binding.

3.2 In the event of cancellation, the participant is entitled to a partial or full refund only in accordance with the cancellation policy stated for the specific event. If no cancellation policy is stated, no refund will be issued.

3.3 ENOS reserves the right to reject the registration or participation of a player if they:

do not meet the conditions of the competition (age, level, membership, etc.),
are excluded due to a disciplinary measure,
have provided false information.

4. Safety, Health, and Participant Liability

4.1 The participant takes part in ENOS events at their own risk and is fully responsible for their own health condition.

4.2 ENOS strongly recommends that each participant holds:

individual accident insurance,
liability insurance covering sporting activities.
4.3 The participant acknowledges and agrees to the full text of the Injury Waiver, which is separately stated in the rules and during registration.

4.4 ENOS bears no liability for injuries or damages arising from normal sporting risk or due to false declaration of health condition.

5. Data Processing (GDPR)

5.1 ENOS processes personal data to the extent necessary for:

membership and registration management,
organization of sporting events,
recording of statistics,
fulfillment of legal obligations.

5.2 Processing is carried out in accordance with the ENOS Privacy Policy.

5.3 The participant has the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict the processing of their data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

6. Rules of Conduct and Penalties

6.1 The participant undertakes to comply with:

all rules, including the Code of Conduct, equipment and gear regulations, and the performance division allocation system.

6.2 ENOS reserves the right to:

suspend or terminate a player's membership,
exclude a player from a specific event or competition,
impose disciplinary measures on a player in accordance with internal mechanisms.

6.3 All complaints and violations are handled through the ENOS Fair-Play & Misconduct Reporting System.

7. Payments for Additional Services and Self-Service Sales at ENOS Events

7.1 At selected ENOS sporting events, participants may be able to use a self-service sales system, particularly for:

food and beverages,
ENOS merchandise,
other additional services offered at the event venue.

7.2 The participant is obliged to record their own expenditure truthfully and in full, using the system designated by ENOS at the given sporting event (e.g. personal account, registration card, digital application).

7.3 All expenditure incurred by the participant during an ENOS sporting event is binding, and the participant undertakes to settle this expenditure in full.

7.4 ENOS is entitled to issue the participant with a summary invoice for all recorded expenditure after the conclusion of the sporting event or tournament. The invoice may be delivered to the participant:

electronically to the email address provided in the member profile or on the registration card/account,
via telephone number (e.g. by SMS with a link to the payment document) provided in the member profile or on the registration card/account.
The participant is obliged to ensure that the contact details in their ENOS profile or on the registration card/account are kept up to date.

7.5 Failure to pay the issued invoice within the specified due date constitutes a breach of ENOS Terms and Conditions and may result in:

suspension or cancellation of ENOS membership,
denial of registration for further ENOS sporting events,
application of disciplinary measures pursuant to the ENOS Rulebook.

7.6 ENOS further reserves the right to pursue its claim for payment through legal channels, including:

recovery of the outstanding amount,
application of statutory interest on late payment,
recovery of costs associated with debt collection,
in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

7.7 The participant acknowledges that misuse of the self-service sales system, intentional failure to record expenditure, or circumvention of payment obligations may be considered a serious violation of ENOS rules and may be addressed both disciplinarily and legally.

8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

8.1 The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, Company ID: 000 20 869, website: https://adr.coi.cz/cs, is competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising from purchase agreements. The online dispute resolution platform available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr may be used for resolving disputes between the seller and the buyer arising from a purchase agreement.

8.2 The European Consumer Centre Czech Republic, registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, website: http://www.evropskyspotrebitel.cz, is the contact point pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (Regulation on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes).

8.3 The seller is authorized to sell goods on the basis of a trade license. Trade inspections are carried out within their jurisdiction by the relevant trade licensing authority. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority exercises, within a defined scope, supervision over compliance with Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 ENOS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be informed of any changes via email or the website.

9.2 These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1 May 2025 and apply to all registrations and memberships from this date onwards.

9.3 Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. In the event of a dispute, the court with local jurisdiction shall be determined according to the registered office of the operator.
